God gave us ears when we were born. God wants us to thank Him for His gift of hearing. We must learn and obey our parents, teaches and elders. God wants us to obey Him when He calls us, like Samuel did.
THE CALL OF SAMUEL
Samuel was a boy priest. He worked under Eli, the priest. One day, Samuel was lying down in the temple. He was almost falling asleep when God called him: `Samuel, Samuel.` Samuel heard the call from God and he answered: `Speak, Lord, for your servant hears you. ` God told him to take a message to Eli. Samuel obeyed. God is good for giving Samuel ears to hear and obey Him.
