Our
Result Manager is designed to speed up the compilation of
results in Primary / Secondary Schools. The software performs this
task efficiently, compared to manual methods; The user just enters the scores of
each student in the class. As the scores are added to the database,
average scores and grades are recalculated.
The user may publish results at the end of the term. This would
prepare a summary of the results of each student, and deliver it to
their parents via SMS. With the access code included in the text message, the parent would proceed to check the detailed report card, on the school website.
The Code NC
Result Manager is deployed as a Web Application; and allows remote access for staff, parents and students as well. The application includes a
Graphic Performance Chart - an interface via which
parents can monitor the academic
performance of their children / wards. The performance chart shows in a bar chart - the scores of the students in previous exams. A parent can tell at a glance, whether his ward is improving in a particular subject or not. It is easy to identify subject areas that require extra brushing up.
We have an automated
Career Guidance System. This module identifies
the subjects in which a child has performed well - consistently, and tries to recommend a
career path along those lines. In this way, the student would be encouraged to pursue a career,
in a field that is close to his natural abilities and inclination.
We also included an
Income / Expense Application, for keeping track of the fees and other forms of financial resources.
Our
Message Board allows the school management to send broadcasts to parents via SMS, informing them of events, meetings and other developements.
We would also include
The Examiner - our Computer Based Test (CBT) software. This comes pre-loaded with past questions from JAMB and WASSCE.
The Teachers can also create and set their own test questions, if they wish to use the system to conduct school examinations, or aptitude tests.
As a bonus, we would design, host and maintain a
website for the school. This would be done at no extra cost, and is applicable in situations where the school does not have an existing website already.
